Agreement remains in place for 5 years post-graduation. If the athlete does not secure lucrative NIL deals, a professional contract, get’s injured, or doesn’t live up to expectations, we tear up the Agreement. Meaning the athlete owes nothing to the fund and/or its shareholders.
